Medical Waste Management in Bangladesh

The book is mainly the outcome of a Ph.D. research. This dissertation on "Medical Waste Management in Bangladesh: Policy and Practices". The main features shown in the book are the variation of different variables used for the comparison among different category health-care institutions; between government and non-government hospitals, socio-economic impact of medical wastes among the people around the hospitals and waste disposal areas, situation analysis of different category hospitals in Bangladesh using different indicators, the problems of waste management categorically in government and non-government hospitals etc.
